60% of the total turnover is contributed to the Destination Management department. The department focuses on organizing, planning and advising on land arrangements for groups, individual travellers, seminars, meetings, conferences, congresses, special interest and incentive tours.

TAS Baltics DMC organized its first conference in1992, Riga, Latvia.
Since 2004, when Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania joined the European Union, there has been put a great effort to turn the Baltic capitals into an attractive destination for conference business. And the results can be seen today. The Baltic States are now offering great new conference facilities, European standard services and affordable prices.
